Colors on screen may render differently from device to device; finish photographs are as faithful as photography allows. If a piece does not match its description when it arrives, our 30-day return guarantee applies.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an item's listed price is materially wrong, we will contact you before fulfilling the order and offer the correct price or a full refund.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example where fraud is suspected or an item has become unavailable. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and current contact details.

Lighting, fans, and plumbing fixtures should be installed by a licensed professional in accordance with local codes. We are not responsible for damage arising from improper installation.
